Which lot number goes out first?
The one that expires first. When stock leaves the warehouse, the app picks the lot number with the nearest date by itself.

And what the agent has in the van?
You see each agent's stock, assign quantities and adjust after a count. What they received and what they put in machines stays in the history.

What if goods spoil?
You write them off as losses or return them to the supplier. The movement appears in the history, and if you made a mistake, you can correct it.
