How long does it take to get used to the app?

About a week from when you start. If you get stuck, we reply quickly, in under an hour. You also have a global search that helps you find anything in the app quickly.

My route staff are not comfortable with apps. Is it complicated for them?

Agents have only 2 tabs: Routes (with that day's route) and Tickets (for faults). By the end of their first shift they already manage on their own, and we also train them online before they start.

Does it work from a phone, straight from the van?

Yes. We have an app for the agent, the manager and the technician, each from their own phone.

If I have questions, how quickly do I get an answer?

In most cases we reply in under an hour, between 8:00 and 17:00.

How much does it cost me per month for the machines I have?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the number of machines. The subscription is calculated per machine; for example, for 50 machines, the monthly subscription is RON 125.00. See exactly what it costs you in the price list and calculator.

Am I tied to a contract, or can I cancel if I do not like it?

You can leave our platform at any time. You get 45 days free, and once you have a subscription you can cancel it whenever you like, just as with Netflix or YouTube.

How long does it take to start, and do I lose the data I have now?

Under 2 weeks. Setup takes a few days. We stay in touch, by phone and by message, until we are sure we have brought over all your data correctly.

Can I see how it looks on my own machines before I pay?
